Shipping Policy

  • Free Local Shipping:
    Enjoy free shipping within Hong Kong for purchases over HK$600.

  • Standard Shipping Fees:
    A flat shipping fee of HK$50 applies to orders below HK$600.

  • International Shipping:
    Shipping fees for international orders vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • In-Stock Items:
    For in-stock items, they will be processed and dispatched within a week.

  • Custom Orders:
    For custom orders, since each piece is crafted especially for you, please allow 3-4 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of the design. Please be aware that there may be occasional delays during peak seasons, including holidays.

  • Shipping Origin and Methods:
    All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Domestic orders will be delivered by SF Express. For international orders, if you have specific shipping method or company requests, please email us or DM us on Instagram at @claroatelier.

  • Shipping Fees:
    Please note that shipping fees indicated at checkout do not include duties and taxes. The amount of duties and taxes may vary depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be assessed by the customs office in the respective country.

  • Delivery Times:

    • Local Orders (Hong Kong): 2-4 business days.
    • International Orders: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
    • Custom Orders: 3-4 weeks for production, plus shipping time.
    • Please be aware that there may be occasional delays during peak seasons, including holidays.
