How long does it take to get my jewelry?

For in-stock items, they will be processed and dispatched within a week.

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Domestic orders will be delivered by SF Express. For International Orders, please WhatsApp us at +852 55400709 to see if delivery is possible to your location.

Estimated Shipping Time

Hong Kong: 2-3 business days

Pick-up from our showroom in Sheung Wan can be ready on the same day but may take up to 3 business days, we will confirm the availability date once your order has been received.

For custom order, since it is crafted especially for you, please allow 3-4 weeks depending on complexity. 

Please be aware that there may be occasional delays during peak seasons, including holidays.
